Most people think they know the basics about health insurance reform in 2014: If they do not have access to medical insurance, they will be required to purchase insurance (costly) or they will be taxed (also costly.)

What many people don’t know is that based on their income, age and family size, they may be eligible for a subsidy to help defray the cost of health insurance.
